The new regime applies to all regulated contracts whose procurement was commenced on or after 24 February 2025. Generally, a procurement will be commenced on the date that the contract notice/advertisement is published.

- Anyone working in or advising the public sector should be able to register with Government Commercial College.

- Provider Selection Regime
- From 1 January 2024, the Provider Selection Regime comes into force for the procurement of NHS healthcare services; the Public Contracts Regulations 2015 will no longer apply in relation to these services from 1 January 2024.
