What do others say

“ I … valued (and enjoyed) the insight, wisdom and calibre of your interactions and advice” Dr Nnenna Ousuji, Medical Director Croydon Health Services

“I’m most grateful for your support during the Inquest. It was outstanding. I felt the outcome was appropriate for everyone concerned, including the family.” - Peter Wright Executive Director Forensic Services, Rampton Hospital (Nottinghamshire Healthcare)

Supporting your ambitions

Stuart is uniquely placed to help after an unexpected death. Beyond the legal processes, Stuart works with stakeholders; advises on risks; helps manage your reputation and advises on necessary public assurance.

No stranger to advocacy, Stuart successfully guided an NHS trust through a very difficult inquest - lead story on the national news. He supported staff through the process and provided the Coroner with best evidence ensuring the Trust did itself and the family justice. A positive outcome.

Regularly advising on GDPR compliance and information governance, Stuart has successfully managed (and won) cases to the Second Tier Tribunal (Information Rights).

What else should you know?

As a former BBC Journalist and an Assistant Coroner, Stuart has a unique skill set to help with inquiries, investigations and inquests.

Stuart keeps his journalistic hand in by helping to run a local internet radio station in his home village. Writing, interviewing and presenting the local news, he is always chasing up those important issues affecting people’s daily lives.
