What do others say

Sophie is proud to have been ranked as a 'Next Generation Lawyer' for IT law in both Legal 500 and Chambers & Partners for a number of years. Feedback from clients describes her as 'approachable and engaging and takes a clear pragmatic approach'.

Supporting your ambitions

Sophie has helped over 30 NHS organisations buy and implement electronic patient record systems. These are critical to the organisation's and the Government’s plans to transform, modernise and digitise healthcare services nationwide. This typically involves support in developing the procurement documentation and draft contract, clarifications and evaluation during the bid process, and leading the contract finalisation process with the winning bidder. Recent clients include Royal Papworth Hospital, Sheffield Teaching Hospitals and the Department of Health and Social Care Northern Ireland.

Sophie has also supported Speechmatics, a leading automated speech recognition technology provider on a range of contractual, data and policy matters over a number of years as it has scaled-up its business. She helped develop and update their standard terms to meet the company's needs as it brings new products and services to market. Additionally, Sophie advised on data collection and use queries, and negotiated agreements with key customers to ensure a balanced commercial and risk arrangement for both parties.
