Robert is a member of Mills & Reeve's education law practice. The firm acts for over 120 education institutions UK-wide, including universities, colleges, academies and independent schools. Mills & Reeve’s education experts provide advice across the full range of services. Robert is also an experienced commercial litigation and dispute resolution lawyer.

advising universities on compliance with Competition and Markets Authority and consumer law requirements, including drafting and amending terms and conditions and other documentation;
assisting education clients with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation and the Data Protection Act 2018, including drafting privacy notices;
acting for universities in matters such as judicial review and in connection with student fitness to practise.
