What can I do for you

Kimberley is a member of our commercial, IP and IT team and enjoys helping clients with a variety of work. Her role involves advising on a wide range of work including supply of goods and services contracts (including for IT products and services), terms and conditions, data protection matters, licensing agreements and public procurement matters.

Supporting your ambitions

Having previously been a corporate lawyer, Kimberley has valuable experience in understanding the key business drivers of a range of businesses at different stages in their life cycles. Kimberley has acted for early stage, start-up companies in relation to venture capital investment work, as well as large, international companies acquiring UK businesses. Kimberley now applies this experience when providing clients with practical, commercial, and legal advice on their commercial, IP and IT work.

Kimberley is a keen runner, having participated in a number of half marathons for charities. She also plays netball regularly in her local league.
