What can I do for you

Julie specialises in complex commercial contracts, including PPP projects and other public/private sector partnering agreements.  Julie has advised a wide range of clients including the Ministry of Defence, Department for Education, NHS bodies and universities.

Julie is also an expert in EU procurement law, advising on all stages of a procurement from devising the procurement strategy to contract award.

Supporting your ambitions

Julie is part of the team advising the Ministry of Defence on its £multi-billion project to update its battlefield communication systems.  Julie advised on the contractual and procurement documentation for the project ensuring a robust contract and compliant procurement process was achieved within the project timescales. 

Julie advised the University of Northampton on its £330m campus redevelopment project, including contracts for student residences, an energy centre and IT services.  Julie helped the client to meet its deadlines, enter into a  robust contract, and conduct a compliant procurement process.

Julie provides bespoke training to a number of clients on EU procurement law and is a regular speaker at seminars on procurement law.

Julie is active in her local community, having served as a committee member on the after-school club of her local school and taken part in various fund raising events.
