Jog heads the health and care employment team of 20 employment lawyers, having specialised in the sector for over 25 years. She advises on a wide range of employment matters including high profile disputes with very senior managers and medical staff, organisational change, TUPE, redundancy, variation of employment terms, as well as complex discrimination, grievance, disciplinary and whistleblowing matters.

Jog builds strong relationships with clients, and shares sector knowledge and best practice widely. Jog also works with HR teams to assist with compliance and readiness in advance of regulatory inspections by the CQC.
