Recent work includes preparing, refining and adapting template agreements, policies and internal processes to ensure robust compliance with UK pharmaceutical advertising and promotion requirements, including the ABPI Code and related industry guidance. She has advised on the assessment and classification of a range of software and AI‑enabled tools under UK medical device legislation, helping clients navigate issues such as intended purpose, risk categorisation, conformity‑assessment pathways, terms of sale and other consumer‑facing materials.

Isabel has supported multiple biotechnology licensing projects, addressing complex inter‑related IP, contractual and regulatory considerations. She is recognised for her practical, forward‑looking approach and her ability to distil evolving regulatory frameworks into clear, actionable guidance for clients operating in fast‑moving and highly innovative fields.
