Claire is an experienced commercial litigator and leads our contentious procurement offering at Mills & Reeve.

Claire has extensive experience in advising clients on a range of commercial litigation matters and specialises in acting for both public and private sector clients in relation to all aspects of procurement disputes, from pre-action correspondence through to the conclusion of high value and complex High Court proceedings.

Claire is known by her clients for her ability provide key strategic advice on the merits of procurement challenges, to include the provision of urgent and practical advice on risk management and dispute resolution. 

Claire has acted for and advised clients on numerous disputes arising out of alleged breaches of procurement law, to include alleged breach of transparency and equal treatment obligations, manifest error, unlawful exclusion of bidders, unlawful abandonment and/or conflicts of interest.
