The Health and Social Care Bill was published today and had its first reading in the House of Commons. The Bill sets out more detail of the proposed reforms, including outlining the functions and duties of GP commissioning consortia and confirming requirements for consortia constitutions.
One thing that is clear from the Bill is that the proposed reforms will be as dramatic and as rapid as originally proposed by the Government.
