Information published about staff transition

The future of current NHS employees affected by the reforms remains the subject of much debate and uncertainty.  Affected staff received a letter on 31 January 2012 from their Chief Executives setting out where an individual's function will or may be moving to in the future. For many employees this is not yet clear. This in turn gives a lack of clarity to aspiring CCGs.

In addition to the letter the Department of Health has published a number of very useful factsheets relating to the new receiver organisations.

It is to be noted that this represents part of ongoing communication with staff and is not a formal step with regard to any statutory employment process.
