The NHS Confederation has today published two briefing papers on procurement and competition for GP commissioners. These briefings were produced in partnership with Mills & Reeve's GP commissioning legal experts.
The main briefing paper provides an introduction to the rules compliance requirements and some of the ways in which procurement and competition can be used to best effect. There is also a shorter summary version outlining the basic position. Click here to view the papers.
