2013 has been described by the Information Commissioner as a 'decisive moment for the data protection sector' - the 2012 Act has affected the way in which NHS organisations can access and process data. Commissioners will be pleased to hear that NHS England are publishing a series of fortnightly bulletins that will explain what NHS England staff are doing to support commissioners and other organisations in complying with these changes.
